Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements to ensure accurate application design.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in application design.
4. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members in requirements definition and application design.

Basic Qualifications:

1. 3+ years of work experience
2. RPA/Uipath experience
3. Epic EHR application experience
4. Willow application experience
5. High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
