The Role: You will be responsible for: Developing and designing visually appealing reports using the report stories module in SuccessFactors Employee Central Developing and maintaining HR databases, systems and reporting tools Ensuring that HR Data is accurate, secure and stored correctly Providing support for data migrations between SAP ECC6 and SAP SuccessFactors Designing and developing a suite of MI & reporting information from SuccessFactors and PowerBI Working closely with stakeholders across the group working with them to ensure that reports meet business needs and provide genuine business value Supporting and administering Cloud-based HR Information Systems Providing guidance and expertise on role-based permissions for user / reporting access with SuccessFactors The Person: The ideal person will be working in an HR Systems Team as an HR Systems Reporting Analyst and will in depth experience of SuccesFactors and have been responsible for using the Report Stories module in SuccessFactors Employee Central. You will have: Experience in cloud-based HR IS to include SAP / SuccessFactors Have specifically worked with User Story Reporting Be competent in using data visualisation tools Be used to using Query Manager Have worked with PowerBI, Excel, Macros, SQL and VBA Strong communication skills and the ability to interact and communicate with internal stakeholders ADZN1_UKTJ
