Job Responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of stablecoin products, including developing long-term strategies, roadmaps, and iteration plans to drive product development from concept to launch and scalable growth. Gain in-depth insights into stablecoin use cases, identify user pain points, and design product features that align with compliance, security, and user experience requirements. Collaborate closely with blockchain development teams to design core mechanisms for stablecoin issuance, redemption, and liquidation, ensuring the stability and scalability of the underlying technical architecture. Stay updated on global stablecoin regulatory policies (e.g., AML/KYC, reserve audits, cross-border compliance) and ensure product designs adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, computer science, blockchain technology, mathematics, or related fields preferred. 5 years of experience in fintech, payment systems, or blockchain industries, with proven experience leading end-to-end design of stablecoin, digital currency, or cross-border payment products (hands-on experience in launching products from 0 to 1 is a plus). Deep understanding of mainstream stablecoin mechanisms (e.g., USDT’s fiat-collateralized model, USDC’s regulated approach, DAI’s algorithmic design) and the ability to evaluate their strengths/weaknesses to select optimal solutions for specific business scenarios.
