You will work closely with other IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure that the network is reliable, secure, and meets the needs of the organization. Maintain a large network environment Close audit findings as identified Perform disaster recovery testing Participate in team on-call rotation Carry out other duties as assigned What to expect when you join our firm Hybrid working and reasonable accommodations Generous Holiday policies Excellent Health and Wellbeing benefits including corporate membership to ClassPass Paid volunteer time to step away from your desk and into the community Support to grow through professional development courses, tuition/qualification reimbursement and more All-inclusive approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Maternal/paternal leave benefits and family services Complimentary subscription to Headspace – the mindfulness app All employee events including networking opportunities and social activities Lunch allowance for use within our subsidized onsite canteen Key Responsibilities: Operate Cisco ACI infrastructure Automate network tasks and processes using Python, Ansible, and Terraform Design, implement and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including Cisco IOS-XE routers and switches, Cisco Nexus datacenter switches, and Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers Configure and manage Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama, and ensure that security policies are up to date and aligned with industry and internal standards Implement and manage network access control using Cisco ISE for 802.1x and TACACS Operate F5 Big-IP load balancers to ensure high availability and performance of critical applications Maintain and troubleshoot BGP and OSPF routing protocols and participate in the design and implementation of routing and switching solutions Monitor the network using LogicMonitor network monitoring solutions and take proactive measures to prevent network outages and performance issues Manage Wi-Fi in a large office environment and ensure that wireless network performance meets business requirements Configure and manage WAN Technologies such as Cisco SD-WAN Implement and manage cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, subnets, security groups, and ExpressRoute connections Work in a global, enterprise-class, mission-critical, 7x24x365 network/telecommunication environment Mentor junior network engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team Work occasional weekends and participate in the on-call rotation Qualifications and Experience Network design experience CCNP certification or equivalent experience Strong experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Cisco IOS-XE routers and switches, Cisco Nexus datacenter switches, and Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers Expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama, and network access control using Cisco ISE for 802.1x and TACACS Good understanding of F5 Big-IP load balancers, BGP and OSPF routing protocols, and SolarWinds network monitoring solutions Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in Microsoft Azure and virtualized datacenter environments Strong automation and scripting skills using Python, Ansible, and Terraform Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Potential for growth Mentoring Leadership development programs Regular training Career development services Continuing education courses For those in scope of Knowledge & Competence (MiFID II) Knowledge of financial markets, financial markets function and the impact of economic figures and national/regional/global events on markets Understanding of issues relating to market abuse and anti-money laundering Annual attestation
