You will be required to work from our London Bridge Head Office every Tuesday and Thursday with an additional third day, which will be floating within a rolling 2-week period. You will therefore be present in the office for 5 days out of the 10 days Reports to: Global IT Manager Location: Office-Based (London Bridge) JOB DESCRIPTION Role Purpose Step into a pivotal role within Jägermeister UK as our Junior IT Specialist You will be at the forefront of maintaining and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations for our dynamic team. Under the guidance of the Global IT Manager, you will drive performance, troubleshoot, and deliver top-tier IT solutions, making a real impact on our digital environment. Key Responsibilities General IT Support Serve as the go-to IT troubleshooter, offering top-notch technical support to colleagues through our internal helpdesk by taking charge of 1st & 2nd level IT support. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues swiftly and efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior teams when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely issue resolution, keeping our operations on track. Contribute to developing and refining technical support procedures and processes to improve operational efficiency. Actively engage in team meetings and support various IT initiatives. Lead efforts in forecasting improvements and implementing necessary system upgrades. Ensure seamless administrative maintenance and handle ad-hoc IT requests. Guarantee smooth IT operations across Jägermeister UK. What We’re Looking For Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong project management and multitasking skills, able to handle diverse IT needs simultaneously. Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve cross-functional IT issues. Excellent interpersonal communication, enabling seamless collaboration with teams at all levels. Client/customer-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional support.
