Confidential Search — Senior Frontend Developer (Remote, Canada) Remote across Canada | Full-Time | Angular / TypeScript / JavaScript | Direct Hire ivy Group is working with a fast-growing Canadian company in the cloud storage and collaboration space — trusted by over 2 million users worldwide. They’re building out their engineering leadership and looking for a Senior Frontend Developer , reporting to the CTO, to own architecture, lead UI direction, and drive cross-platform experiences. If you're a strong frontend engineer who loves clean code, seamless UX, and mentoring others — this could be your next big move. What You’ll Be Doing: Leading frontend development across web, mobile, and desktop apps Building high-performing UIs using Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript Collaborating with product and design to ship intuitive experiences Setting technical direction and mentoring other developers Improving UX through data from Sentry.io, Mixpanel, and user feedback Managing a small dev team and contributing to architecture decisions What You Bring: 8 years of frontend development experience Advanced skills in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript Experience mentoring or leading development teams Strong understanding of UX, performance optimization, and component architecture Excellent communication and collaboration skills Education and Certifications: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred, however but equivalent experience building and scaling frontend systems is just as valuable.
