We are seeking an experienced CSM Developer to join our client's team in Canada. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM modules, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Field Service Management. You will also have a solid understanding of ITSM processes and the Service Portal. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage ServiceNow CSM, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Problem Management functionalities. Apply best practices when implementing CSDM (Common Service Data Model). Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Develop and integrate APIs using SOAP and RESTful services. Leverage ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) to create solutions and automation. Contribute to CMDB (Configuration Management Database) implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: ServiceNow CSM (Case Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Field Service Management) experience. Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM processes and Service Portal. ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) and CIS-CSM certification. Proven experience in building custom applications, workflows, and integrations. Proficiency with SOAP and RESTful API technologies. Expertise in JavaScript for scripting within the ServiceNow environment. Solid knowledge of CMDB and its implementation. Strong web development skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with markup languages such as HTML and XML. Knowledge of stylesheet languages like CSS. Expertise in cloud computing technologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
