Lead Business Analyst

Greetings from ITC Infotech Role - Lead Business Analyst Location - Vancouver, BC Start Date: Immediate Experience - 15 Years Job description: Be able to lead all the analysts for pre/in season application teams by understanding core product functionality and cross functional business process. Have strong technical aptitude with data including ODS and airflow orchestration / data pipeline Able to understand lead 4 tier hierarchy to support program level planning / roadmap working closely with PdMs and program managers. Understand all requirements associated with a new EPIC or Initiative. Work with Product Manager/Owner and Sr Developers/Leads on documenting requirements associated with a particular initiative or EPIC. Develop and maintain functional specifications or “How to Use This Feature” documentation (when appropriate). Manage and lead the requirements gathering sessions. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in business systems analysis, data engineering, or related roles. Strong understanding of Anaplan model design, implementation, and maintenance. Strong understanding of data architecture, modelling, integration, and ETL processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Retail domain knowledge and experience working with retail data systems. Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices. Familiarity with machine learning and data analytics tools. Ability to work in an agile development environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, or Azure, preferably AWS. Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning business and technical teams. Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
