Job Summary: The EPR Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders from various departments, gathering requirements, analysing business processes, and collaborating with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation and improvement of the EPR system. Your expertise will help optimize workflows, reduce operational costs, and improve data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business units to elicit and document requirements, ensuring alignment with EPR system capabilities and business objectives. Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements or automations within the EPR framework. EPR System Implementation: Assist in the design, configuration, and deployment of EPR solutions, ensuring that they meet the functional requirements of the business. Testing & Validation: Develop test cases, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure smooth EPR system operation and troubleshoot issues. Stakeholder Management: Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors, ensuring effective communication and timely delivery of solutions. Training & Documentation: Provide training and develop comprehensive user guides and documentation to ensure end-users are equipped to effectively use the EPR system. Continuous Improvement: Monitor the performance of the EPR system post-implementation and propose system upgrades or enhancements to keep pace with evolving business needs. Qualifications: 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably within EPR systems. Strong knowledge of EPR systems such as Cerner, Epic, SystmOne, or similar platforms. Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process improvement methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and working with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
