IT Services Account Manager Crewe, Cheshire ( client visits) £45,000 per annum ( growth bonus) The Opportunity: We are looking for a talented IT Account manager with the ability to strategies and grow key IT accounts that will see you working with a rapidly growing Managed Service Provider with clients across the North West region, including Cheshire, North Wales, Merseyside and Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will have experience building and maintaining strong relationships with the key clients, managing day to day contact with the customer, developing long term strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT solutions that meet client-needs time and time again. Role and Responsibilities: 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or service management operating within the IT industry, ideally involved with products across IT hardware/software, Cyber Security and Cloud services Strong understanding of IT networks and solutions in particular across the Microsoft suite of applications.
