Subject Matter Expert - HE TV and PACT/BECTU Agreements Location: Flexible (UK-Based) We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the High-End TV (HE TV) Agreement and PACT/BECTU (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television/Broadcasting, Entertainment, Cinematograph, and Theatre Union) Agreement. This person will play a critical role in ensuring our clients projects remain compliant with these regulations while developing new products and services. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary expert on HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements, providing guidance on compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Delivery, to build and maintain products that adhere to industry standards. Develop and deliver training and guidance to internal stakeholders on agreement specifics and compliance requirements. Monitor regulatory changes and updates related to HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements and advise on their impact. Qualifications: Deep understanding of HE TV and PACT/BECTU agreements and their application within the TV and film production industry. Proven experience in a compliance or advisory role within the entertainment sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
