The Role: To implement IRIS software solutions and provide training, collaborating with customers and internal staff who form part of the client project delivery teams, to enable customers to achieve the expected business benefits from an IRIS solution. You will be providing training on the Recruitment modules of the software solution, experience in either or both software systems will be ideal. Delivery to the customer will be either remotely via Teams/Zoom and there will be UK wide travel involved with this role which will involve travelling outside of traditional office hours. Competencies/Knowledge/Expertise Associate Train customer staff on IRIS Software products Carry out chargeable work to achieve company targets to include timely submission of accurate weekly time sheets Execute implementation of system tests to ensure functionality, configuration, and data comply with specifications and standards Ensure Communication is clear and concise to Project Managers, Consultants, Service Desk and Customers Ensure Implementations are carried out within the specified timescales Ensure all customer data is secure, encrypted and transferred in line with IRIS security requirements Ensure all deliverables are future proof and supportable by other team members Consultant 2 years’ experience in delivery of Recruitment software integrations Developed bespoke training material based on customer needs Experience of having trained new joiners Start to offer new ideas for the future development of the product and its implementation Provide solutions to complex challenges within the product for the customer
