Remote – with ad-hoc travel to London Day rate contract, outside IR35 Initial 3month contract with scope to extend Insurance experience required We are working with a renowned IT Consultancy service provider who seeks Business Process Specialist on a contractual basis. In this role, you will be seconded to working with a globally established insurance provider within their P&C department. The ideal candidate will be capable of: Identifying process optimisation opportunities in Underwriting Engage with Onshore underwriting teams for support activities, including BPO Produce an operating model of on/offshore supporting non-UW activities Comprehension of non-UW team activities which can be handed over to operations teams Establish the resourcing model of UW support services spearheaded by on/offshore operations teams by producing and tracking project timelines efficiently Ensuring benefit and prioritisation frameworks align to gathered requirements Utilising well-regarding improvement methodologies to drive process optimisation Creating the right collateral when required, e.g. As-Is & To-Be process map, RACI, Charter etc Ensuring optimised process controls are in place to create sustainability Stakeholder engagement and management.
