Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology. Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers. Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
