Proactively resolve issues, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll uphold our company Service Level Agreements and contribute to the success of our Service Desk Team. Experience, Qualifications, Personal Attributes 2 years of Service Desk IT Support experience. MSP Background M365, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Citrix … Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and networking principles. Strong interest and experience in IT services, solutions, and technology. Proficiency in PC's, servers, email, telephony, backup, Firewalls, switching, and routers. Relevant IT certifications desired (Microsoft Associate, CCNA, AWS, GCP, ITIL, PRINCE, etc.).
