iO Associates are working with an SME within the Construction Industry, based in Cardiff, who are currently looking for a Senior Power BI Developer to join the team on a contract basis. Job Title: Senior Power BI Developer Day Rate: £500 Outside IR35 Location: Cardiff, hybrid model, 2 days per week in the office Length: 6 months initial, likely extensions until the end of 2025. The role will require you to have 5 years' experience in Power BI and to look to create a progressive programme to enhance its use. You'll also be analysing and inspecting incoming data to ensure efficient data quality. Some of the essential skills are as follows: - Advanced Power BI skills access Controls Proof of Concept - DAX - Creating visualisations and dashboards - Strong SQL experience - Azure experience - Stakeholder Management Experience - Data Engineering and data modelling experience -Experience with BIM During this contract, you'll be working as part of an agile team, so excellent communication skills are essential as there may be some stakeholder management.
