SAP Release Manager needed - Contract - Outside IR35 My client is currently looking for a SAP Release Manager for a role within a dynamic consultancy in the UK. Job Overview: The SAP Release Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the deployment of SAP system changes across multiple environments. This role requires collaboration with technical teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the smooth release of SAP software and systems, while minimizing risks and ensuring quality. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP environments, a deep understanding of release management processes, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience: 5 years of experience in SAP release management or a similar role in an SAP environment. Proven experience with SAP modules such as ECC, S/4HANA, and related technologies. Strong understanding of release management, change management, and configuration management processes. Experience working in an Agile or DevOps environment is a plus. Skills: Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in SAP Solution Manager and other release management tools. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications: SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) are highly desirable. ITIL certification in Release, Control, and Validation is a plus. Working Conditions: May require occasional travel depending on project needs. Must be willing to work outside regular business hours during release cycles.
