SAP FICO Functional Lead

I'm working with a fast-growing global firm, who are now looking to bring on board an experienced SAP Finance Functional Lead. You will be driving the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and SAP cloud solutions. A key part of this role will be to support clients, engage with them, manage their expectations, and build strong relationships, so I am keen to speak with candidates who have experience client-facing. You must hold ILR or British passport. The role will be working 2-3 days onsite in Paddington. The salary on offer for this role is genuinely flexible for the right person. Key Responsibilities: Lead Explore workshops, gather requirements, and define strategies. Deliver customized SAP solution demos with the sales team Contribute to SAP finance solution development Oversee unit testing Guide data migration strategies Configure SAP finance modules Qualifications: 7 years in SAP finance functions; SAP cloud certification preferred. Led 5 complete SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycles. Bachelor's degree in finance, IT, or related field would also be advantageous.
