Microsoft D365 CE Developer

Investigo has partnered with one of the most exciting companies in the FinTech space. This organisation has a global footprint, with a presence in over five countries. They implemented Microsoft Dynamics CE over five years ago now, but are now looking to hire a CE Developer to take the reigns on all technical development and provide them with guidance and support on what could be improved on. In 2023, they’ve seen a boom in revenue, resulting in a reinvestment and revamp of existing systems to ensure functionality is up to date. With Dynamics being their key CRM system, this has led to a major transformation of their setup. They are currently in the process of building out an onshore team to serve as the backbone of D365 CE for its users. You will work as part of a team, addressing bugs, understanding support tickets, solving a wide range of issues, and ensuring high user adoption. Key responsibilities: Act as the main P.o.C internally for anything related to D365 CE. Manage the third party consultancy contracted to provide support Capture requirements directly from the business, by holding workshops & mapping out as is into to be processes Act as a hands on resource, delivering development & integration projects when required, to keep send external support low. Work with the Snr stakeholders to provide advise on new features to implement.
