Bid Manager - Electric Vehicle Charging - United Kingdom Job Role: Interv_l are currently working on behalf of an Electric Vehicle charging company who are looking to recruit a Bid Manager into their expanding team. We are looking for a self starter with the highest attention to detail and can work to tight deadline. Essential: Proven capability in delivering winning product and services opportunities through formal procurement routes in the Public Sector Previous experience of the EV charging market is preferred. High attention to detail Strong organisational skills in addition to the ability to manage small to medium sized tenders, precise scheduling and multiple and shifting priorities Effective written and communication skills Excellent time management Willingness to learn and succeed A genuine interest in cleantech and sustainability Desirable: Experience with local authority tenders Experience of managing complex, multi-workstream opportunities Responsibilities: Support on bids including setting up project plan and providing support with client interface and communication via e-portal Ensure timely delivery of compliant, professionally produced and commercially sound proposals within customer defined timeframes Effective bid qualification for new opportunities Co-ordinate bid production activities for prequalification questionnaires Reading and understanding client bid documentation, deadlines and submission requirements Contribute to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation Develop and maintain the knowledge library Manage tender portals and update tender tracker accordingly Ensure best practice and adherence to existing bid procedures, governance, and processes
