Role – Project Manager Location – Brighton Salary – Up to £54K Duration – 2 year fixed term contract Project Manager required to support the digital transformation of an HR Division. The project Manager will provide a modern experience for current and prospective employees, leaders and managers supporting them to work in an efficient way. ESSENTIAL ROLE-SPECIFIC CRITERIA Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals. Experience in fostering a positive team culture while ensuring accountability and performance Experience in implementation of human resources and payroll solutions or comparable Projects DESIRABLE CRITERIA Membership of appropriate professional institute. Experience of working with third parties to deliver successful projects Previous experience of working in an HEI.
