Business Analyst

Location: New York City (Local candidates only)

IntePros is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our banking client’s team in NYC. This role requires expertise in real-time market data and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Analyst for real-time market data initiatives, analyzing and fulfilling market data requests.
• Create user stories, use cases, and comprehensive procedural documentation.
• Evaluate and process data requests, including usage downstream and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with contracts and navigate associated audits.
• Verify proper reporting of data usage, including display and non-display data.
• Handle data notifications and ensure accurate communication with internal and external teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working with real-time market data in a business or engineering capacity.
• Strong understanding of market data sources, including Bloomberg, LSEG/Refinitiv, exchange data, and specialist data.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
