Product Owner (Web & App) | Leisure / Fitness Software | £45-50k Bonus | Oxford (Hybrid) Product Owner needed by a leading leisure sector software provider who are used by the UK’s biggest gym brands providing their members with an easy way to join, book, and manage their fitness journey The scale-up is owned by a larger multinational, but benefits from real autonomy, providing the scale-up with the resources to test, iterative and develop amazing, high-quality products that customers love. Salary Package: £45,000 – 50,000 Bonus Benefits Location: Oxford (Hybrid) The Product Owner will be both customer facing and have a ‘fail fast, fail often’ iterative approach to validation and execution to create a seamless customer experience. You will take ownership of a wide variety of product platforms, notably web and native app. The Product Owner will: Have full ownership of multiple product initiatives – working closely with cross functional teams and overseeing the full product lifecycle Aim to consistently improve customer experience and drive product visions Support the scrum master in sprint planning and execution Own the product backlog Have a can-do attitude and be comfortable with pivoting quickly The Product Owner must: Previous product experience Experience in developing and presenting product roadmaps Understanding of agile methodologies A data-driven and analytical approach Strong interpersonal and communication skills Relevant industry experience in the leisure sector would be desirable
