Role Summary : Work as legal administration support ensuring smooth operations within a Legal Team Responsibilities and Duties : · Assist with the organization and management of case files and documents within a CLM platform · Support ad-hoc projects as needed. · Ability to be flexible and work with a global team. · Manage timelines and maintain personal records of work done. · Train team members on processes, including contract review and contract management. · Contribute to process improvement ideas and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. · Ensure SLAs (timeline, quality) are met individually. · Complete administrative tasks as required or requested. Required Skills/Abilities: · Experience in DocuSign or another contract routing tool. · Experience in legal managed services environment. · Proficient in speaking and writing English. · Problem-solving attitude and target-driven along with an eye for details. · Quick learner and adaptive to any process change in a minimal time period. · Customer service experience – effective communication skills and the ability to articulate issues sophisticatedly to clients. · Ability to comprehend questions and respond appropriately (both in writing and verbally). · Knowledge of contract management tools and proficiency in MS Office.
