Digital Learning Designer London (Hybrid 3 days a week on-site) Up to £50,000 per Annum (12 Month FTC) Instinct is currently working with our client, a leading law firm, to find a Digital Learning Designer to join their organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract. About the company: Our client is a leading global law firm with a longstanding history in their sector. The role: As the Digital Learning Designer, you will join a small bespoke internal digital learning team to contribute towards the design and development of engaging digital and blended learning solutions. Your responsibilities will include: Development of innovative digital and blended learning solutions using a range of authoring tools and design software. Management of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with stakeholder expectations. Collaboration with various stakeholders, including partners and heads of business teams. What you’ll need: The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience authoring digital and blended learning experiences. Experience in utilizing a range of digital learning mediums, such as interactive webinars, video/animation production or interactive PDFs. Strong project management skills, with a background in working with stakeholders, attending creative meetings, and storyboarding learner journeys.
