The Role As our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project management and effective operation of a website transformation project for one of our clients. You will be entering the process post design and will need to manage vendors to deliver the new website. Duration: 6 to 9 months. This is a part-time role, up to 3 days/week, with a regular need to commute into the client's London office. Stakeholders You will be working with our client's team, closely collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, advising and influencing the right course of action. Responsibilities Scoping project requirements Creating project plans and monitoring progress Updating key stakeholders on project status Managing client communications and expectations Close collaboration with internal teams, marketing, communications, CRM and the broader organisation to drive the project to completion Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders Assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement Identifying and implementing clear metrics and project milestones Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project Finding opportunities for improvement About You Your Experience 3 years proven experience working as Digital Project Manager or in a similar role, focusing on website transformation projects Experienced in a range of project management techniques, such as PRINCE2, Agile and Waterfall Experience with managing the production schedule across an entire web development cycle Experience managing complex website projects, may include mobile and web apps Project experience in reporting and relating documentation Experience managing project roadmaps Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive and engaged teams to operate At Instant Impact, everyone is welcome.
