Key Account Manager – London (Hybrid) We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join the Delivery Team within a Cybersecurity MSSP and work alongside their Security Analysts to nurture and develop client relationships at an executive level. The aim of this role is to support the development of client accounts, manage the delivery of solutions, and administration of enterprise level accounts. There is an expectation that the person in this role should be able to sit down with and brief C-Suite level stakeholders within client businesses on key issues, wins, risks, and metrics, as well as having a solid technical understanding of Cybersecurity Risk Management and the details of the company’s service offering. Responsibilities: Relationship building with a growing client base to act as a primary point of contact in order to build upon and develop existing accounts within the business as well as working with the Sales team when onboarding new clients Having a strong sales and negotiation acumen, you will be expected to work with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams to move forward with commercialising service expansion Coordinating with the technical team of Cybersecurity Managers for the accounts you have oversight of to ensure consistent technical service delivery Maintaining an average NPS (Net Promoter Score) of 50 across the accounts you support Net Revenue Retention as a Key Account Manager you will be targeted to achieve 110% NRR which will be achieved through renewals, cross-selling, and up-selling of solutions Management of Escalations in tandem with the Cybersecurity Manager ensuring client satisfaction Strategic management of client accounts with forward planning to achieve renewal and business retention targets as well as understanding customer business plans and roadmaps Delivery of Quarterly and Annual reports and presentations based on SLA adherence, incident trends, and overarching data analysis ITIL Service Management and a deep understanding of the service offering from the business Skills and Experience: Excellent communication skills Prior account management experience within an MSSP or MSP environment managing large accounts Strong time management and organisational skills Proficiency with ITIL Best Practices Experience delivering and managing cybersecurity services Proven ability to deliver on revenue retention targets Ability to evidence an understanding of core Cyber Security Principals and concepts such as: Least Privilege Defence in Depth Cyber Risk Management Cyber Frameworks Significant threats such as DDoS, Ransomware, Phishing, Malware What’s On Offer: In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer the following benefits: Gym membership Scheme 24 days of holiday leave plus bank holidays Pension scheme Ongoing training and development with recognised qualifications Attendance at conferences and industry events Annual off-site residential training Access to an online training platform Opportunities to relocate to global offices in multiple countries with relocation assistance Weekly team social activities Enhanced Maternity and Paternity schemes A supportive culture of learning and development to achieve career and personal aspirations
