Group Head of Procurement – City of London, £120,000 bonus and benefits Overview: A FTSE250 financial global shipping company offering a complete ecosystem of services including broking and finance are seeking a Group Head of Procurement. The successful candidate will be responsible for heading up all elements of group procurement including physical and software assets within a global organisation. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Responsible for high value procurement and contract management Leading and developing a team Managing the group asset management Developing and expanding the procurement system Development and delivery of the global procurement strategy Building relationships with key suppliers and leading supplier management process Work closely with global procurement to deliver corporate objectives whilst delivering on regional requirements and strategies Negotiating contracts ensuring best commercial terms are achieved Ensuring SLA’s and maintenance contracts are in place Working with colleagues to ensure ISO’s and audit requirements are met Ensuring asset lifecycle is maintained Essential Skills & Experience: CIPs / MCIPs Certified Experienced in IT procurement Experience with asset lifecycle management Contract and service management experience Experienced with managing and developing a team Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 technologies Service Now asset management and reporting experience would be desirable but not essential Package: Base salary of up to £120,000 Generous bonus (discretionary) Hybird working Enhanced pension scheme More
