This resource will be responsible for overseeing and evolving the cloud-based Genesys environment, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce, web chat, and SMS messaging platforms. Day to day responsibilities include implementing data, expanding workflows, and providing on call support. Requirements: 8 years of development experience in Genesys Cloud Experience integrating Genesys with Salesforce End to end quality testing experience; creating test plans Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field Obtained Genesys certifications (GCP, GCD, ARC, WRM, etc.) Excellent communication skills Ability to be on call Compensation: $60/hr to $75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
