SAP IT Project Manager

Title: SAP IT Project Manager Duration: 18 month contract Location: Hybrid 3x per week onsite - DT Toronto Required Skills & Experience SAP Infrastructure & Architecture: In-depth experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, system integrations, and architecture best practices. Data Governance & Compliance: Strong background in implementing frameworks for data quality, security, and regulatory adherence. IT Project Delivery: Demonstrated ability to deliver large-scale, multi-year projects within established constraints. Change Management: Expertise in managing organizational change, training, and adoption of IT solutions. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven skills in executive communication, negotiation, and collaboration with technical and business teams. Strategic & Tactical Thinking: Strong business acumen with the ability to balance long-term vision and immediate execution. Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, with a focus on ensuring compliance across global SAP projects. Understanding of adopting future-ready security practices, including Zero Trust Architecture and secure cloud solutions, to safeguard critical IT infrastructure. Familiarity with security tools such as SIEMs, endpoint protection platforms, and vulnerability management solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across diverse industries such as supply chain, consumer products, and manufacturing. Skills include strong business acumen, future-thinking, strategic, tactical, accountable, collaborative, and proactive Extensive experience understanding and managing complex and/or multi-year projects Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Manager PMP Certification is a must · Excellent oral, written and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills SAP experience, S4/Hana preferred University Computer Science or Business Commerce degree or equivalent experience Experience in supply chain for consumer products, fashion or manufacturing industry preferred BA experience is a plus
