Cyber Security Supervisor

Insight Global is seeking a Cyber Security Team Lead to sit in Central London The team is expected to be on-site 2-days a week, working core hours of 9AM-5:30PM GMT. This will be a full-time, permanent engagement. This role will work directly with the Head of Cyber Security in strengthening the organisations cyber security posture in regard to attack and threat prevention. Responsibilities include: Supporting information technology and operational technologies with cyber frameworks and regulations, and strategize on how to apply this to functional sites around the world. Develop, and implement policies, procedures, and standards. Mitigating attacks, threats to the environment, support risk assessments, gap analysis, and vulnerability remediation. Continuous improvement for enterprise-wide application security and contribute IT security. Risk training for the organisation. Targeting the following skillsets: Strong experience in IT with a focus on Cyber Security. Extensive experience working with Microsoft products; Azure, Entra ID, Sentinel, Defender, Tenable, etc. Experience supporting incident response, risk managements, operational technology. Firm understanding of operational technology regulations within the cyber domain Nice to have: Cyber Security Certifications: Certified Cyber Prifessional (CCP) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) NIST Cybersecurity Framework Practitioner (NCSF)
