Site Engineer

Site Manager Monday – Friday Base 45-50k (flexible), plus van and overtime Job Description We are seeking an experienced Hands on Site Manager to oversee the implementation and management of our automation projects at client locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, automation technologies, and client relations. Key Responsibilities - Manage on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automated intralogistics and conveyor systems - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met - Oversee site safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies - Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions in a timely manner - Provide regular project status updates to senior management and clients - Manage resource allocation and scheduling for on-site teams - Conduct site surveys and assessments for new projects - Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and maintained properly Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or similar experience) - 3 years of experience in automation or material handling industries - Strong understanding of intralogistics, conveyor systems, and automated warehouse technologies - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills - Strong leadership and team management abilities - Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Willingness to travel frequently to client sites Benefits - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Paid time off and holidays - Overtime - Company Van - Travel allowances
