Job Title: FPGA Designer (Designer / Lead) Location: Hertfordshire Salary range: depending on experience. Security Clearance: SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain. We are currently seeking FPGA Designers and FPGA Lead Designers to join an expanding team at a leading Defence organisation who're dedicated to advancing cutting-edge products. You will contribute to a diverse array of pioneering projects and play a pivotal role in driving innovation forward. Responsibilities Involvement in all phases of the FPGA Design lifecycle. Develop FPGA designs for diverse projects . Drive design decisions using cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate FPGA solutions into system architectures. Implement innovative technologies to enhance FPGA performance and functionality. Ensure FPGA solutions meet stringent safety and security standards. Participate in design reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements. Optimize FPGA designs for maximum performance efficiency and reliability. Skills & Experience Technical Degree/equivalent qualification or experience. Strong expertise within FPGA. Experience in developing FPGA architectures (e.g. using VHDL). Can create low-level software (C).
