Senior Salesforce Developer – Remote – UK/Ireland The Job Our client, a leading B2B SaaS startup, is currently on the lookout for a skilled Salesforce Developer. This innovative company is revolutionizing the industry by offering advanced technology solutions. Navigating the Salesforce ecosystem presents unique challenges, with components like Apex, AppExchange, PBOs, and license management forming a distinct and sometimes intricate stack. Our client is a Salesforce partner and is seeking assistance in establishing and expanding its presence within this environment. They are dedicated to empowering businesses with data-driven strategies and intelligent tools to excel in the digital age. Role Overview: You will assume full responsibility for guiding an idea from conception to production deployment, encompassing development, testing, release, maintenance, and monitoring. In this capacity, your responsibilities as a Senior Salesforce Developer will include: Engaging with the Product team to shape the trajectory of our client's Managed Package, contributing to its architectural design and implementing core functionalities. Playing an active role in designing and maintaining data synchronization mechanisms linking our clients and Salesforce. Working closely with the Customer Success team to facilitate the onboarding of initial customers into the managed package, acquiring firsthand understanding of their requirements and preferences. Gradually transferring this responsibility to the Customer Group and concentrating exclusively on advancing features as the package develops. Taking responsibility for addressing and resolving emerging technical challenges to ensure their successful resolution. Experience: 4 years of experience with Apex. 4 years of experience working on large-scale codebases for web services, applications, or other software components. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Revenue Cloud / CPQ Billing Domain Knowledge. Experience with distributed systems. BSc in Computer Science or a related field (Strong understanding of best practices/CS). Must be a self-starter with experience in communicating across multiple teams and with senior leadership. Strong sense of ownership and drive. Bonus: AWS, Platform Developer II Certification, Leadership experience.
