It is vital this person has “been there and done it”, with prior experience building, developing and nurturing teams in this space. You will have full ownership of the practice and be in charge of building the best UC&C practice in the country as well as building fantastic relationships with internal teams, customers and vendors. to contribute to the growth and the continued success of their amazing professional services team. Delivering projects for multiple customers within multiple sectors. Working with the most cutting-edge technology on the planet to make a difference to their clients IT infrastructure, this role requires you to want to make an immediate impact. Good knowledge around Microsoft Azure and Modern Workspace. Experience deploying and migrating to Microsoft solutions. Understanding of the complete product eco system under Microsoft Excellent knowledge of Unified Communication and Collaboration (UCC) technology stack, in particular Cisco UCC products: Webex, Call Manager, Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX), Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Knowledge of 3rd party platforms In the UC space Possess, uphold and consistently enhance an appropriate level of awareness in technical delivery and project methodologies Be comfortable working as an escalation on complex projects, training, vendor relationships, industry engagement, and participation in trade/vendor events. Demonstrates a strong desire and proven capability to deliver high-quality projects and outputs, coupled with effective team leadership. Exhibits exceptional skills in ongoing team and budget management, organisation, reporting of business metrics, governance, and communication in all forms. Continuously exhibits a commitment to delivering quality and consistency while striving for improvement and excellence.
