MAC Engineer – MAC support, Jamf, iOS, MacOS

This is an initial 5-day discovery - this will lead to more work. A top client of ours a leading Solutions Provider has an urgent requirement for an Engineer / Consultant to be onsite at one of their leading end-user clients in the Staffordshire area. Their whole estate is running on Mac infrastructure and there are 500 users in the office at any one time. The initial engagement is 5 days you will need to lead the discovery of what needs to be done across their Mac estate. You will be working with C-level and Senior members of the client to establish what is needed and then once you have outlined the remedial work you will then go ahead and deliver your plan. Key Skills: Exceptional MAC experience Native MAC Device Support / Troubleshooting Hardware & Performance Issues (Airdrop) Power Management Wi-Fi and Networks (Performance Issues) VPN Printing Microsoft Office IOS & MacOS JAMF Office & Home issues Zscaler Authentication (via JAMF) Once the initial discovery engagement has been completed you will then be contracted to carry out the work that you have outlined and produced.
