Job Title: System Architect with Snowflake Location: Toronto, Ontario (hybrid) Duration: 12 months Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Proficiency in systems architecture, IT infrastructure, cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), databases, networking, and security. Proficiency in Snowflake data warehousing, SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Design Patterns and Best Practices: Knowledge of software architecture principles, microservices, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and related design patterns. Experience with Data Architecture: Strong background in designing and implementing data architectures, ideally with experience in cloud migration and data modernization. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions that align with business objectives. Project Management Skills: Experience in leading and managing IT projects, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation. Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
