This is the first role within our QA function and will be instrumental in defining how the function grows and develops. As a QA Lead, you'll have the exciting opportunity to: Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work hand in hand with teams from various backgrounds to support the design, development, and implementation of impactful solutions. Pioneer Strategy, Automation & Tooling: Define, develop, and implement a robust QA strategy tailored to the fast-paced needs of a startup environment, including the identification and implementation of QA/testing tools. Define What Good Looks Like: Establish and monitor key quality metrics such as defect rates, test coverage, and release readiness, providing transparency into product quality. Your Skills and Qualifications Experience: You have several years of software QA experience; bonus points if you have experience in a SaaS/startup environment.
