Strategic IT Business Partner 6 months 500-525pd Outside IR35 Predominantly remote with ad-hoc office visits for in-person workshops Our client, a global SaaS provider in the automotive industry, are looking for an experienced IT Strategy Business Partner to join their Corporate IT division. Key Responsibilities Develop and drive the IT strategic plan that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives and growth plans Act as a liaison between IT and the business to ensure that technology initiatives support business goals Facilitate discussions with senior business leaders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption of IT strategies Ensure IT strategies comply with regulatory requirements, security policies, and governance frameworks Key Experience Previous IT Business Partner experience with particular focus on IT Strategy & Technology strategy Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced environment Comprehend the current IT strategy and Technology Roadmap, translate this into a directorate-focused perspective, and effectively communicate it to business areas to enable informed discussions on their priorities Identify key metrics and mechanisms to measure benefits, forecast, plan, and monitor the realization of anticipated benefits from projects, programs, and product-based initiatives as predicted in the business case Familiarity with various IT project delivery methods (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
