If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Practice Improvement Lead to join a prestigious global law firm based in London. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid working model, with 2 days in the office and 3 days working remotely. You will be at the heart of our Practice Improvement & Innovation team, playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead Change Initiatives: Spearhead and manage projects aimed at enhancing client service lines and improving operational processes. Develop and execute comprehensive plans to ensure successful implementation and alignment with strategic objectives. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership, practice management, and various business units (including HR, Finance, Risk) to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions. Process Development: Design and refine processes, procedures, and reporting mechanisms. Create new operating models, KPIs, and SLAs to support the firm’s goals and enhance service delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and influence key stakeholders to gather insights, validate current and future processes, and secure support for changes. Facilitate alignment and ensure a shared understanding of improvement goals. Monitor and Evaluate: Track the performance of implemented changes, capture lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement. Ensure that new processes deliver the expected benefits and contribute to overall business success. Support Innovation: Assist in the development of new products and services, contributing to strategic planning and go-to-market strategies. Support the rollout of innovative solutions that align with the firm's objectives. What We’re Looking For: Proven Experience: Demonstrated track record in change management, process improvement, and project leadership. Experience in leading multiple initiatives simultaneously is crucial. Industry Background: Ideal candidates will have experience in professional services, financial services, or consulting. Legal industry experience is desirable but not required. Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define problem statements, conduct root cause analysis, and develop data-driven solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. Adaptability: Ability to handle complex, ambiguous projects and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
