Account Manager (Public Sector, Defence, Central Government) Location: Battersea, London - 2 to 3 days a week in the office £70,000 basic salary plus £70,000 capped commission Join a small but growing public sector-focused cyber security architecture consultancy, established in 2012, focusing on secure by design, information architecture and operations. They are looking for an Account Manager to look after their multi-million pound contracts, and accounts across the MOD and Navy mainly to start off with. About the role: You'll be working to improve and grow their core business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, and other partners. You will work with the Senior Leadership Team to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, and to enhance the operation of the business, position and reputation. What you will be doing: -You will manage existing Accounts and nurture clients relationships across Defence, Central Government, Public Sector. -You will deliver outstanding customer service with the aim of increasing customer retention and satisfaction across contracts. -You will provide the highest quality support to the delivery and sales teams. -You will be supporting service delivery to develop and implement strategies to create a world-class customer success function. WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL? -5 Years professional experience gained within the Public sector - ideally Defence, Central Government, CNI -Strong understanding of Cyber Security Architecture or Cyber Security Services (consultancy) -Proven experience in building pipeline and utilising CCS frameworks. -Knowledge / Experience of bidding, tendering and Sales for government frameworks, for example G-Cloud.
