Job Title : Cyber Risk Transformation Specialist - GRC Contract : 6-Month, Outside IR35 Location : Portsmouth (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Clearance : Active SC or DV Clearance Required Summary : Join a rapidly expanding leader in the cybersecurity industry, focusing on safeguarding critical government infrastructure. This role offers a prime opportunity for an experienced contractor to lead high-impact client engagements within the Naval and Maritime sectors. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with clients to evaluate and enhance their cyber risk management strategies. Lead the development and implementation of cyber risk transformation programs, including governance frameworks and compliance controls. Provide expert advice to senior leadership on emerging threats, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Deliver training and workshops to boost stakeholder awareness of cyber risk management. Essential Experience : Extensive experience in cyber risk transformation, particularly within naval, maritime, or military environments. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Proven track record in leading successful transformation initiatives in complex organizations.
