Cyber Risk Transformation Specialist - GRC Permanent opportunity offering CIRCA £75- 100 000 Role will be onsite 3-Days a week at Portsmouth, with 2 days remote Unfortunately we cannot consider candidates with VISA requirement at this stage, as successful candidate will we required to go through SC clearance process. Due to huge success, company is rapidly growing and looking for new Consultants to lead on the client engagements. WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will play a pivotal role in assisting our clients in enhancing their cyber risk management capabilities through strategic transformation initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of cyber risk, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, and transformation methodologies specifically in the Naval and Maritime Arena. -Collaborate with clients to assess their current cyber risk posture, identify gaps, and develop tailored transformation strategies to mitigate risks effectively. -Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive cyber risk transformation programs, including governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and controls. -Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on cyber risk management strategies, emerging threats, and regulatory compliance requirements. -Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and awareness programs to educate stakeholders on cyber risk management principles and best practices. WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESFUL? -Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices. -Experience with Cyber Risk transformation for Naval, maritime or military -Proven track record of leading successful cyber risk transformation initiatives within complex organisations -In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls) & regulatory requirements. -Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex cyber risks, develop actionable insights, and articulate recommendations to stakeholders.
