Job Title: IT Support Technician Location: Edinburgh Salary: Up to £30,000 The Opportunity: Our client is looking to hire an experienced 2nd Line Support Technician to join their team in Edinburgh. This full-time, permanent role is suited for individuals at least 2.5 years of IT support experience, particularly in an MSP environment. The successful candidate will support end-users with their issues, maintain infrastructure security, and be expected to do so in a first class manner Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft tech stack, proven troubleshooting abilities, and network troubleshooting skills.
