As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle, from identifying and researching potential sales opportunities to closing deals. Your primary focus will be selling our PropTech solution and health and safeguarding solutions. This is a high-energy, dynamic role suited for a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and property. Key Responsibilities: • Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and by leveraging various prospecting tools. • Cold Outreach: Actively generate new leads via cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other innovative channels. • Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with prospective clients, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline. • Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging product demonstrations for our PropTech and health solutions, showcasing the benefits and value to potential customers. • Sales Pipeline Management: Keep track of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and optimal pipeline health. • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiation efforts to secure deals and successfully close sales, achieving or exceeding revenue targets. • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and support during sales processes. Required Skills & Experience: • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally within software or technology sectors. Experience in PropTech is a bonus • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a simple and persuasive way.
