Maintaining clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Supporting business systems, networks, and internet services to resolve user issues. Organizing and maintaining a log of problems and solutions for future reference. Identifying technical issues and implementing solutions to mitigate problems. Implementing and supporting technologies in an industrial environment Researching and testing recurring issues and diagnosing anomalies within software applications. Performing proactive maintenance tasks, ensuring critical systems are actively monitored. To succeed in this role, you must possess: 3 years of relevant IT administration experience. Strong knowledge of server administration and networking technologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative. A Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (or related field). Experience with security tasks, including patch execution and system updates.
