HR Business Analyst - Workday Implementation - Must have Pension Experience Location: London (Hybrid - 2 days on-site per week) Contract Duration: 6 Months Day Rate: Competitive About the Role: We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Analyst on behalf of our client in the oil and gas industry. This is an exciting 6-month contract opportunity to play a key role in the implementation of a new Workday system, with a strong focus on HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with HR teams to analyse current processes and identify areas for improvement during the Workday implementation. Gather and document business requirements related to HR Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll. Support the configuration and customisation of Workday modules to align with the business needs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions with HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that the system functionality aligns with the business requirements. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure it meets the specified requirements. Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting. Key Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst, specifically with HRIS systems such as Workday. Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in Benefits, Pensions, and Payroll. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in managing or supporting HR system implementation projects. Ability to work on-site in London 2 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
