Senior Support Desk Engineer

Senior Service Desk Engineer - Birmingham (hybrid) - £40,000-£50,000 car allowance I'm seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk Engineer for a leading IT Service provider based in Birmingham. They are looking for someone with a good technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, supporting a variety of clients in the area. You will work primarily remotely, with some travel to customer sites, ensuring that IT problems are either resolved or escalated within the agreed SLAs.
