You will be ensuring our local office is kept in good shape and you will be assisting the local team, while facilitating the company’s investment team in their global activities including booking travel, calendar management and assisting with organizing local events. We are looking for a communicative and auto-didactic team member who complements the existing team and can work independently. Specifics Hummingbird is a dynamic working environment, translating into a long and varied list of duties and responsibilities. As such, this role requires a combination of operations, project management, process automation and strong execution skills, including: A strong experience in office management and know how to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements for our investment team - the ideal candidate preferably has at least 3 years of relevant experience. Being tech savvy and not afraid to launch the latest tools in a hybrid team. Bringing our office to life by organising team lunches and in-office activities. Setting the bar high – we are looking for someone that not only processes meticulous attention to detail, but who anticipates potential hiccups and Plan Bs, and proactively seeks solutions to problems that haven't yet presented themselves. Taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities with a problem-solving mindset, regardless of the topic. Handling a variety of other tasks to ensure that each day brings something unique.
