We are offering a competitive salary £8,500 cash/car allowance, 25% bonus, Family PMI and up to 10% matched pension. You will be accountable for ensuring service availability, managing key third-party relationships, and driving continuous improvement across all IT services. This role also involves leading the implementation of regulatory frameworks, such as operational resilience and SOx, and contributing to our broader technology strategy. Key Responsibilities: Oversee IT Service Delivery functions, including Service Desk, End User Computing, and Application Support. Develop and execute an IT Service Strategy aligned with business goals and ITIL best practices. Lead the implementation of regulatory frameworks (e.g., operational resilience, SOx). Manage key stakeholder relationships at the Executive Board level. Drive innovation in service/infrastructure/security through automation and AI. Ensure robust Business Continuity and IT Disaster Recovery plans. Play a key role in the Technology Leadership Team, fostering collaboration and driving change. About You: We’re looking for a seasoned leader with a strong background in IT service delivery and a passion for excellence. You’ll need: Proven leadership experience, particularly in leading large teams through change. Deep knowledge of ITIL, service management, and infrastructure services. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships. Ability to inspire and influence at all levels, with a focus on colleague engagement.
